Zhonghe Temple is also a very interesting temple. It is not a Buddhist temple, but a Taoist temple. Despite its small size and mottled exterior walls, it has a very long history, dating back to the Ming Dynasty.

It is said that every year on the ninth day of the first lunar month, Zhonghe Temple holds a grand temple fair – the "Songhua Fair" to commemorate the birthday of the Jade Emperor. There is an endless stream of people coming to participate in the temple fair.

After visiting Zhonghe Temple, you can take the Zhonghe Ropeway down the mountain. Zhonghe Ropeway is not a closed car, but an open hanging basket. This is definitely the most popular ropeway for photography enthusiasts.

Without the obstruction of the box, the scenery seems much clearer! Sitting in the hanging basket, with your feet hanging down, you can relieve the soreness after hiking. Looking from a distance, you can see the clear Erhai Lake, and lowering your head, you can see the green trees close at hand.

As the ropeway slowly went down and shuttled through the forest, the tip of my nose was filled with fresh air, and the gentle breeze was beside my ears. It was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep.

·Hiking mileage of Yudai Yunyou Road: 11.5KM

·Precautions:

The hiking distance is long, so prepare enough water and food, including chocolate and beef jerky; the Zhonghe Ropeway will be out of service at 16:00, so please arrange your hiking time reasonably; people with poor physical strength should choose with caution.Others are the same as above

This route can be said to be the longest of the hiking routes, with a total length of 11.5 kilometers. It includes all the scenic spots in the first two routes except Tianlong Babu Film and Television City.

However, due to the long journey, some scenic spots cannot be viewed in detail. If you walk slowly, you need to selectively visit the three scenic spots: Gantong Temple, Jizhao'an, and Qilongnu Pond. But if you walk faster, you can still visit all the scenic spots in one day.
