Article 14 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the parking lot.
Article 15 It is strictly prohibited to enter the parking lot with oil leaking, water leaking, poor condition or over-height or over-weight vehicles.
Article 16 It is strictly prohibited for vehicles carrying flammable, explosive, rancid, dirty, poisonous, germs, radioactive and other items to enter the parking lot.
Article 17 It is strictly prohibited to misappropriate, bury or occupy fire-fighting equipment without authorization while parking, or block fire-fighting passages.
Article 18 It is strictly prohibited to spit, litter, dump garbage or sewage and other dirt in the parking lot.
Article 19 The parking lot of the office building of the joint-stock company is intended to provide convenience for vehicle parking for government personnel and external service personnel. Vehicle storage services are not provided and no fees are charged. The management department will not be liable for any loss or damage to vehicles parked in the parking lot or the loss or damage to items inside the vehicle.
Article 20 The general manager’s office is responsible for interpreting these regulations.
Article 21 These regulations will come into effect on January 1, 20xx.
Unit parking lot management regulations Part 7
1: Entry regulations
Vehicles entering the parking lot need to have valid documents, including driving license, driver's license, insurance documents, etc. Drivers entering the parking lot need to follow the various procedures for entering and exiting the parking lot and park the vehicle at the designated location.
The parking lot will not allow vehicles with incomplete documents, incomplete procedures, unlicensed vehicles, damaged vehicles with oil leakage, or water leakage to enter the parking lot.
2: Parking regulations
After parking the vehicle, the owner must cooperate with the parking lot administrator to make inspection records of the vehicle, lock the doors and windows, and do not leave valuables on the vehicle. If any items are lost, the parking lot will not be responsible for compensation.
Vehicles entering the venue are strictly prohibited from refueling, repairing or testing brakes, and anyone is strictly prohibited from learning to drive in the venue.
If the vehicle entering the parking lot disobeys the instructions of the management personnel or fails to operate and park according to the regulations, causing damage to its own vehicle, the parking lot will not be responsible: if the vehicle causes damage to other people, vehicles or the parking lot, the owner of the vehicle is responsible for compensation. The parking lot has the right to refuse the vehicle to leave before compensation for losses.
Vehicles entering the site must drive and park according to the designated traffic signs, and park the vehicles within the designated parking space boundaries.
Vehicles entering the parking lot must be kept clean. It is strictly prohibited to discard garbage and waste in the parking lot. It is strictly prohibited to post randomly in the parking lot. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the parking lot.
Vehicles and drivers entering the site must abide by safety and fire prevention regulations. Vehicles carrying flammable, explosive, highly toxic and other dangerous goods are strictly prohibited from parking in the parking lot. It is strictly prohibited to use the fire protection system in the parking lot without permission. Otherwise, the vehicle owner will be responsible for all consequences.
Three: Parking lot storage fee
Vehicle owners who apply for monthly reports are required to bring their documents and go to the parking lot management department at the designated time each month to pay storage fees and insurance premiums. For car owners who fail to pay by the due date, the parking lot has the right to take back the right to use the parking space.
Parking lot storage fees are divided into two types: monthly insurance and temporary insurance. Users of monthly insurance pay monthly, while temporary insurance vehicles pay by time. The parking lot releases vehicles with tickets.
The parking lot reserves the right to temporarily adjust the rental price within the price limit set by the government without prior notice.
