New mechanic: Elemental tiles

At the beginning of each game, one of the four elements will be randomly selected. As the game progresses, the plots of this element will be gradually added to the field.

The hero standing on the elemental block receives the corresponding buff, but occupies 1 equipment slot. The elemental tiles in all players' halves are identical and rotationally symmetrical. The first elemental block exists before jungle.
