"Resident Evil 6", the orthodox sequel to the "Resident Evil" (hereinafter referred to as "Resident Evil") series, had a lower reputation than its predecessor when it was first launched. This was related to the limited host functions and poor perspective settings at the time. The producer of this work is "Hiroyuki Kobayashi", who is also the producer of three major CG movies. The first release version of the game was launched in October 2012, and was launched simultaneously on X360, PS3, and PC. Although "Resident 6", like "Resident 4 and 5", is a third-person rear-end perspective, the new game's pursuit of the picture is more complex, resulting in insufficient functions and "frame loss", which affects the smoothness of the picture; the smoothness is insufficient In addition, if the perspective is set too close to the character, you will get dizzy after playing for a long time… However, these problems have been corrected in subsequent patches, especially the latter. You can change the "camera distance" through settings, which looks like Not so dizzy~~~ Since then, a new generation of PS4 and X1 consoles have emerged. In 2017, the 20th anniversary of "Resident Evil", "Resident Evil 6" was re-launched on these two most high-end console platforms. This time there was finally no functional problem… The following year (that is, this year), the "official Chinese version" was reshuffled and launched.
Many people may think that "Resident Evil 6" is not as classic as its predecessors, nor as outstanding as its predecessors, but I think it still has its merits. What I appreciate most about this generation of games is the story!
Looking back on the past, the game has been set up with two protagonists and two routes since the first generation of "Biochemical". "Chris" and "Jill" follow "two lines" in terms of plot, but it is limited to the design at the time. No matter which character the player controls in the game, the process is similar. But in fact, we all know that the controlled characters and uncontrolled characters in the game are not on the same path. The controlled character always takes line A. If we control Chris, Jill will take line B; if we control Jill, Chris will take line B. "Resident 2" solves the problem of A being real and B being fictitious, and is designed as an "outside-inside barrier", which fully embodies the process of the two protagonists "Leon" and "Claire" taking two different routes… 3 and 4 are single Protagonist (or one protagonist and one supporting character); in the 5th generation, dual protagonists return. This time the two are in a partnership, so naturally they are following the same path; so how does "Resident 6" innovate? The conclusion is that it adopts the design of "multi-line plot, multiple protagonists", and tells a complete plot through four story lines and seven protagonists, so I say the most outstanding part of "Resident Chemical 6" is the story!
The four story lines in "Resident 6" are: Leon, Chris, Jack, and Ada. Each line has two protagonists to choose from, but the mercenary in the "Ada" level can only be counted as a make-up and will not be counted. "Leon", "Chris" and "Ada" in this work are all permanent protagonists (supporting) in the "Biochemical" series. Among them, "Chris" has the highest appearance rate. Codename: Veronica, 5, Apocalypse, 6" as the protagonist, "7" as a guest appearance! In addition, in the third CG movie "Revenge", he was the first male lead; "Leon" was the male lead in "2, 4, 6" and three CG movies! As for "Ada", as long as Leon appears in the game, there will be Ada. She also participated in the second CG movie "Curse"; other characters in the game: Leon's partner "Helena", Chris' partner "Pierce" ", "Jack", etc. are all newcomers in the series. Jack's partner "Shirley" once appeared in "Resident Evil 2", but it was still a little girl at the time. According to the time set by the game plot, "Resident Evil 6" "The story takes place 15 years after "Resident 2", so Shirley also grows from childhood to youth. Although "Jack" appears for the first time, he is related by blood to the villain "Wesker" in the previous game of the series. Wesker was killed by Chris and Siva at the end of "Resident Evil 5"… This plot is interesting Bar? The four story lines intersect during the process, so only by clearing them all can you fully understand the plot of the game…
All four lines have dual protagonists, so two-player online clearance is still supported. Like "Resident Evil 5", X360 supports intranet connection, so I also completed this game with my wife. The two-player game is much more fun than a single player. The biggest change in "Resident 6" is that "physical skills" have become direct triggering actions. The "physical skills" of this series first appeared in "Resident 4". When you hit a specific part of the enemy with a gun (either shoulder or leg), the enemy will stiffen. At this time, when you walk near the enemy, " Press "Physical Skills" to prompt that the protagonist is invincible during the activation of physical skills and has the effect of knocking down enemies. It is a very practical skill (it can save bullets). "Resident 5" enriches the styles of physical skills and increases the triggering probability based on "Resident 4", while "Resident 6" directly changes it to a method that can be activated at any time by pressing a button. Taking Leon as an example, now he can not only To shoot, you still have to raise your legs to kick people – martial arts skills have greatly improved~~~ Also, this generation finally no longer "stands" and can shoot while walking. It is indeed flexible, but the tension has also been reduced. Whether these improvements are good or bad is a matter of opinion… It doesn't matter to me, because I mainly play the story when playing games, which is similar to watching movies…
Like "Resident 4 and 5", "Resident 6" is also the first time that an "official Chinese version" has appeared. Although it has not been rigorously verified, I feel that since these three works have been released in Chinese at the same time, theoretically the translation of various vocabulary should be It has been unified and standardized. For example, what we used to call "Raccoon City" was uniformly translated into "Lakun City". I haven't finished the Chinese versions of these three games, so I haven't done any in-depth testing yet. If you like it, just take it. I guess there won't be any new tricks this time, right? It will have to be "remade" if it comes out again! Until then – I will definitely buy it again… I am so shameless about the "Resident Evil" series of games…
