Garlic Seedling Observation Diary

Garlic seedling observation diary

The day has come to an end. I believe you all must have been deeply touched. Let us make a summary today and write a diary. How to write a diary so that it is not the same? The following is the garlic seedling observation diary collected by the editor. Everyone is welcome to learn from and refer to it. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.

Garlic seedling observation diary 1

As soon as I got home, I found garlic that had not sprouted, and immediately ran to a sunny place to plant garlic seedlings. I found a small flowerpot, poured some water in it, and planted it. At this time, I was really ecstatic. , hoping that my garlic will sprout tiny sprouts soon.

The next day, I didn't even rush to put on my clothes. I ran to the window sill to see if my garlic had grown any small buds. I fantasized that my little garlic sprouts had sprouted round, goose-yellow buds, but when I looked at them, alas! I sighed, why didn't the little goose-yellow buds bulge out? I asked my mother, and she said: "It will take three days for the garlic seedlings to grow buds." After I heard this, I said, "Oh! So that's it!" I smiled with relief.

On the third day, I couldn't wait to see my garlic seedlings again. I thought: This time the garlic seedlings must have grown little buds. I was so happy that I took a closer look and said, "Why haven't there been little buds growing yet? Mom, hurry up." Come and see what's going on." My mother ran over and took a look and said, "This… I don't know." I was extremely disappointed and returned to bed sadly.

A few days later, I went to see the garlic seedlings again. The little garlic seedlings had swollen black bracts. I asked my mother why the little garlic seedlings had swollen black buds instead of goose-yellow buds, as if they were about to die. My mother said: "I seem to have heard my grandma say that garlic has been exposed to ultraviolet light, so it will no longer grow buds." Oh, I nodded, so that's it.

Planting garlic seedlings helped me understand the process. Although my garlic did not grow buds, I was very happy! Because I also learned some knowledge!

Garlic seedling observation diary 2

first day

Today, my garlic seedling stood quietly in the water, with a few yellow-green buds exposed on the top of its head, like a shy little girl who didn't want to show her appearance. I hope it will grow up quickly. It's better to be very, very high tomorrow.

the next day

"Hey!" I couldn't help but make a sound. I went back to my hometown to celebrate the New Year two days ago. I didn't expect that my garlic seedlings grew so fast, and they were all green. It is like a small forest. I can seem to see birds and rabbits playing back and forth in it. I couldn't treat it badly, so I watered the garlic seedlings quickly. Little garlic seedling, you must grow up quickly!

The third day

The first thing I did when I got up today was to visit my cute little garlic seedlings. It seemed… it seemed… it had grown a little taller! Hey, why is it crooked? When I looked carefully, it turned out that the roots of the garlic sprouts couldn't wait to get out of their heads to absorb fresh air. Little garlic sprout, may you grow vigorously!

The fourth day

I came back from my grandma's house to pay New Year's greetings. This time, I have two "big" things to do. The first is to observe the garlic seedlings, and the second is, of course, to raise my mung bean sprouts! I watered the garlic seedlings and watched them grow vigorously, which made me smile.

fifth day

Um? Why aren't my garlic sprouts growing? Oh, little garlic sprout, how could you do this? You always have to be loyal. Little garlic sprout, what should I do if you don’t grow anymore? you are sick? Fell asleep? Please, please grow up quickly! Otherwise, I will eat you now, you know it!

The sixth day

Little garlic sprout, little garlic sprout, grow up as soon as possible! Otherwise, how can I take you to the party? I watched my cute little garlic sprouts dancing like a dancer under the caress of the breeze. But now, I am no longer in the mood to watch its graceful dance. I just want it to grow up quickly, little garlic seedling, can you hear my voice?

seventh day

Several new sprouts sprouted from the garlic seedlings, full of vitality. Its roots are getting denser and absorbing more and more water. Some garlic seedlings have broken through the seed coat and extended upward, growing taller and taller.

Garlic seedling observation diary 3

Last week, when my mother and I were peeling garlic, we had a sudden idea: Why not plant a plate of garlic seedlings and observe its growth patterns? My idea was of course supported by my mother.

First, we decided to use soilless cultivation method and put the peeled garlic into a small plate. It is required that the garlic must be root-side down and tightly packed into a ball. But these garlic babies were so disobedient. Sometimes you crowded around me, and sometimes you staggered around. With the joint efforts of my mother and I, we finally subdued them. You see, they are neatly arranged together now, looking more like a group of lively and lovely babies. I said to myself: "Grow up quickly!"

When I came home from school the next day, I rushed to the balcony and was pleasantly surprised to find that some of their heads had sprouted little green buds, which were shiny and shiny, looking at the world naughtily. On the third day, when I observed carefully, I found that the green buds had grown taller and greener. There are also many white roots growing from its bottom, which are hard and particularly strong. The growth on the fifth day is even more exciting. The green buds break through the inner coat and finally grow into tender green leaves, which are pointed and flat, five or six centimeters long, and look particularly vibrant. The roots at the bottom have become longer and thicker, and they are intertwined together like long-lost friends hugging each other tightly, protecting the happy growth of the garlic seedlings. On the seventh or eighth day, the water began to become a little turbid, and the garlic sprouts grew unevenly. Some were straight and tall, some were short and thin, and the tallest one was thirteen or four centimeters tall. It looked tall and happy.

In the following days, although the garlic began to wrinkle, the garlic seedlings were still working hard to absorb nutrients and grow upward…

Tuesday, June 21 Sunny

Today is a sunny day, I bought a piece of garlic and took it home. After I got home, I quickly ran to the kitchen, took a pot, and wanted to plant garlic into the soil. Mom suddenly appeared and said, "Mom, come and help you plant it. I saw a method of growing garlic on the Internet. Garlic grows very fast. Let's try it." As she said that, her mother found an empty plate again. I spread a layer of cotton wool inside, broke off the garlic cloves, and placed them on the cotton wool, saying, "Put the cotton on it, and the roots of the garlic seedlings will go in, so they won't fall over easily." After planting, I put it on the plate again. I poured water on it and thought: Garlic seedlings, garlic seedlings, grow up quickly and become beautiful.

Cloudy Saturday, June 25

After a few days, the top of the garlic sprout cracked, revealing a little green bud, which looked like a lotus pod when it bloomed. I touched it with my hands. The green bud was soft and nice. Very touching. I looked at its roots again and saw that some short fibrous roots had grown, supporting the garlic seedlings from falling. The roots were fat in the middle and thin at both ends, like little "Hercules", very cute.

Wednesday, July 5 Sunny

In a blink of an eye, the garlic seedlings have grown to half the height of my finger. The roots of the garlic seedlings are like steel wires embedded in the snow-white cotton. My mother said that when the garlic seedlings grow to this height, there is no need to worry about whether it will grow big. La, I was very happy to hear that. I have grown too short for this little garlic seedling that looks very weak but has a strong will.

Cloudy Tuesday, July 15th

Today, I found that the garlic sprouts have grown a little bigger, but as soon as I walked in front of it, the garlic sprouts were like a smoke bomb, which hit my eyes and burned my eyes to death. I thought the garlic sprouts were going to rot. , I quickly ran to tell my mother: "Mom, the garlic is rotten because it hurts my eyes!" When my mother heard this, she looked in front of the garlic seedlings and laughed so hard that she couldn't stand up and said, "You little fool! The more spicy the garlic is to our eyes, the more mature it will be." After listening to my mother's words, I jumped up with joy, little garlic sprout, you have finally grown up!

Monday, September 19 Sunny

Today, I peeled a head of garlic and took off the skin. The garlic cloves were white and tender, like white, fat and cute dolls. I selected four of them. To prevent them from swaying around, my father used bamboo skewers to string them into oval shapes. Place in a glass jar filled with water. At this time, they were like a group of carefree children, holding hands and playing games happily. "Grow up quickly, little cuties." I was eagerly looking forward to it.

Tuesday, September 20 Sunny

After putting down my schoolbag, I couldn't wait to run to the desk to observe the garlic seedlings. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a crack in their heads and a little bit of tender yellow buds spit out. They tilted their heads, like naughty children curious. Looking at this bright world, it seems to be saying: "Ah, this world is really magical!"

Wednesday, September 21 Sunny

On the third day, many white roots grew from the bottom of the garlic, like an old man's beard. The buds not only grow taller, but also turn light green in color. They raise their heads, like children looking at the sky and counting stars, giving people endless reverie. I jumped up happily: "Dad, Mom, sister, come and see my garlic seedlings."

Thursday, September 22nd sunny

On the fourth day, the whiskers at the bottom became thicker and longer, intertwined and covered the bottom of the tank, like blooming flowers. The buds broke through the coat and spit out tender green leaves. I gently stroked the smooth leaves, and my heart felt as sweet as honey.

Saturday, September 24 Sunny

On the morning of the sixth day, I found that the water had become turbid and the garlic seedlings were growing tall and uneven. Some were thin and long, some were thick and strong, and some had already produced a second leaf, like a baby in my arms. . The tallest leaf has grown to 11.5 centimeters. It stands slim and graceful, like a warrior guarding the border.

The garlic seedlings are still growing upward, working hard to realize their ideals, just like us, they are constantly moving towards their goals.

Garlic seedling observation diary 6

Recently, I wanted to understand the growth process of garlic seedlings, so I decided to grow my own garlic seedlings. I carefully selected a round and fat garlic, simply removed the dirty skin, then put it into an oval open glass box, poured about 5 cm of water into it, covering the roots of the garlic, and then left it alone. Waiting for it to sprout slowly.

The next day, the garlic was still lazily basking in the sun, and I was surprised to find that a small green seedling broke out of its "skin"! I carefully lifted the garlic slightly and saw its slender, downy roots, entangled and tied to each other. They sucked the water to their heart's content and kept saying to me: "It's so comfortable! It's so comfortable!"

After a few days, the seedling grew a lot taller. I roughly measured it with my hands, yo! It’s 3 centimeters! I touched the seedling gently. It was slippery, and the surface looked like it had been waxed and shiny. The garlic cloves that have not sprouted next to them are also ready to go. I secretly thought to myself: "Come on! Come on! Grow up quickly!"

Sure enough, after a few days, more garlic seedlings poked their heads out. They are tender green, like newly born babies quietly looking at the world with curious eyes.

Three days later, when I came back to see it, the garlic sprouts seemed to be competing with each other, jumping up with all their strength. They all stood upright, like soldiers undergoing review. I closed my eyes and took a gentle breath, and a strong garlic fragrance hit my face! They are ready to eat! A delicious dish of scrambled eggs with garlic sprouts immediately came to my mind! Haha, what a sense of accomplishment!

I look forward to it……

Garlic seedling observation diary 7

Grandma had a flowerpot with daffodils. This winter I didn’t raise daffodils, but grandma used them to raise garlic seedlings. The flower pot is roughly in the shape of a diamond. Grandma puts one head of garlic on each end and two heads of garlic on the protruding part in the middle. Then pour water into the flower pot until the water covers half of the garlic.

The next day I found that there were small tender yellow buds growing on the top of each garlic clove, and the garlic itself looked very plump because it had absorbed enough water. On the third day, the small yellow buds grew one centimeter high, and some snow-white roots sprouted from the bottom of the garlic head.

In the next few days, the garlic seedlings will grow almost at a rate of one centimeter per day. Moreover, the color gradually changed from yellow to green, and the shape also changed from a straight bud to a garlic sprout with many leaves. At the same time, I found that garlic seedlings always grow toward the sun, so I turned the flower pot 180 degrees. After two days, the garlic seedlings collectively faced the south again. What a magical plant!

What surprised me even more was that with just a little water and no soil or fertilizer, how could the garlic seedlings grow so luxuriantly? Grandpa told me: This is because there is chlorophyll in the leaves of garlic seedlings, and chlorophyll undergoes photosynthesis under the sunlight to produce nutrients for plant growth. Plants absorb only part of the nutrients from the soil; the other part is produced through photosynthesis. You see garlic sprouts always growing toward the sun, which is where photosynthesis takes place.

The next day I went to my grandma's house again. Grandma said, "Let's eat scrambled eggs with garlic sprouts for noon today." When I heard this, I hurried to the balcony, Oh my God! The lovely garlic seedlings were all cut off. I ate scrambled eggs with garlic sprouts at noon. Although it was delicious, I couldn't help but feel sad when I thought of the green garlic sprouts.

After another two days, the roots of the garlic seedlings grew tender seedlings again, and they grew taller and taller, but they were not as strong as before.

What an amazing plant! Although we humans are highly intelligent animals, we do not have the ability of plants. How wonderful it would be if we had the ability to cut off and regenerate garlic sprouts! If there is a car accident and a hand or foot is broken, new hands and feet can grow, so it will not cause disability.

Thursday, September 15 Sunny

Today, my mother said that she would grow garlic with me. After hearing this, I was very happy. You know, this is my first time growing something.

We first found two boxes and filled each box with half a box of soil. Then we sprinkled some water on the soil, and the soil turned into wet mud. Then, we took out another head of garlic, broke it into cloves, removed the skin and inserted it into the soil. In just a short time, the round garlic turned into smooth, fat garlic babies. I saw these garlic babies standing there proudly, they were really proud. I am full of expectations for these garlic babies, hoping that they will take root and sprout soon.

Saturday, September 17 Cloudy

Just two days later, my garlic babies showed obvious changes. Some garlic babies have begun to sprout. I saw a small opening on the top of the baby garlic, and two small pieces of tender yellow buds "broke out" from the top of the baby garlic, just like the sharp beak of a chicken, and like the little ones worn on the head of the baby garlic. The pointed hat is so cute. I couldn't help but touch it. It felt smooth and soft. Come on, garlic babies, let’s grow into garlic sprouts!

Cloudy Monday, September 19th

Today, I came to see my garlic babies again. I was surprised to find some white filaments on the soil, which turned out to be the roots of garlic. My mother told me that these roots are rooted in the soil, and garlic relies on them to absorb water and nutrients. I carefully pulled out a baby garlic and looked at it carefully. These roots are thin and long, 3 or 4 centimeters long. When folded from the bottom, they are longer than the baby garlic. It is like having a long beard. It looks like my baby garlic has turned into Grandpa Garlic.

Cloudy Thursday, September 22nd

Just a few days later, my garlic babies brought me another surprise. The garlic babies have taken off their yellow hats and put on green coats. Some of them are already 20 centimeters tall, and the shortest one is about 10 centimeters. I seemed to hear the sound of the garlic babies growing, and that sound was the most beautiful music. It seems that in a few days, I will be able to eat the garlic sprouts I planted myself.

Waiting, looking forward, finally it’s time for the big gathering of garlic sprouts. I walked into the classroom happily, wow! The students all brought their own garlic seedlings, tall ones, straight ones, and short ones. Some have not sprouted yet, and some have grown very tall. The garlic sprouts of *** and *** are particularly tall. Much to my surprise!

We were discussing excitedly, and then Teacher Ruan said loudly: "The garlic seedling party starts now!"

In the first session, awards were given to Garlic.

We first talked about our garlic sprouts, and then gave the garlic sprouts awards. look! The *** garlic sprouts are like the curly hair on a little girl’s head, so they are the “Curly Hair Award”. The *** garlic sprouts are the greenest, so they are the “Greenest Award”. Some students’ garlic sprouts won the “Straightest Award” , "Laziest Award", "Most Artistic Award", etc. I won the "Crooked Neck Award" because my garlic seedlings were a little crooked. Finally, Teacher Ruan measured the garlic seedlings of two taller students, and the tallest one won "Everest Award".

In the second session, everyone talked about their experience in growing garlic seedlings.

Teacher Ruan asked us what tips we had for growing garlic seedlings, and we all said yes. Some said roasting them on a radiator, and some said playing music for the garlic seedlings. I said to put it in the sun to give the garlic seedlings plenty of sunlight to warm them up. Teacher Ruan said to drop some glucose in the water, because we love sweet things, and plants may be the same as us. I decided to give it a try.

In the third session, read classmates’ diaries.

We planted garlic seedlings and wrote down what we saw. We read each other's observation diaries. Every student wrote well and was worth learning from. After reading the diary, Teacher Ruan asked me to read the diary I wrote about growing garlic seedlings, and praised me for being a careful and observant child.

In the fourth link, there are interesting stories about planting garlic seedlings.

Very few people talked about this, but I remember what *** said very well, that is, his garlic sprouts grow when two garlic plants are together, but stop growing when they are separated. We were all amused.

Finally, the garlic sprout party ended, and we were all very happy. If possible, we hope to have another big party.

Weather on Wednesday, August 19, xxxx: Sunny

Today, my father put a head of garlic in the flower pot, and I will water it regardless of the past. I once planted garlic, but it broke when it hit the wall. This time the garlic planting ended in failure. But as long as I use my method of growing plants, it will be foolproof: all I need to grow any plant is sunshine and "drinking water" every day.

Weather on Wednesday, September 2, xxxx: Sunny

Today, the garlic is already 3 centimeters high, and I only care about my pot of flowers that are about to wither, because all the nutrients in this pot of flowers have been "stolen" by this "heinous" garlic. It’s really dumbfounding!

Weather on Sunday, September 13, xxxx: Sunny

Today, the little garlic seedlings have grown to five centimeters. If we take the nutrients from others and add the nutrients we can absorb, it will only grow 2 centimeters in 11 days. It’s too slow! I had no choice but to implement the "five-meal method": go out and water once in the morning, which is breakfast; come back and water once at noon, and serve as lunch; come back and water once in the afternoon, and serve as afternoon tea; go to bed and water once in the evening, and serve as dinner, although you eat a little slowly; Mom goes to bed late, so I let her water it once before going to bed as a midnight snack. Except for "dinner" and "night snack", let it be exposed to the sun every time after watering.

Weather on Wednesday, September 16, xxxx: Sunny

Today, the little garlic sprout has grown almost one centimeter taller, because the "food" it "stole" plus the "food" it absorbed added up to three-fifths more than before. As the saying goes: good will be rewarded with good, evil will be rewarded with evil. The poor little flower is big and "grabs" a lot of food; the little pepper also learned the tricks of the little garlic sprouts: stealing the nutrients of the little garlic sprouts. However, good will be rewarded with good, evil will be punished with evil, and Little Pepper will also suffer retribution.

Weather on Friday, September 18, xxxx: Sunny

Yesterday, the little garlic sprouts "lyed" on Chili's shoulders. Today, the little garlic sprout circled around the little pepper. You can imagine that it wants to climb up the little pepper to steal its sunshine. This kind of revenge is too cruel! It can really be said that it is a thoughtful little garlic seedling. One last thing: the little garlic seedling has grown 6.5 centimeters.

Garlic seedling observation diary 11

I have raised several small garlic seedlings at home, and now they have grown very tall. Now, let me tell you about the growth history of garlic seedlings!

First, peel off the outer skin of the garlic, and then take a clean, transparent glass cup. Then put the peeled garlic into the glass. Looking from a distance, the garlic put into the glass looks like a newborn baby, white and fat. It makes people look very comfortable. Then add a little more water and you’re done!

Day 1: The garlic was basically unchanged.

The next day: There are some "hairs" growing on the tail of the garlic, which are actually the roots of the garlic seedlings. It is the "heart" of garlic sprouts. If you pull out all the "hair" of these garlic sprouts, then the garlic sprouts will be…tragic. He also grew some tender green garlic sprouts, which are edible. If you think the garlic sprouts are tall enough (about 30 centimeters), you can ask your mother to cut them and cook them. .

Day 3: The garlic seedlings have grown very tall. The lower layer has finished growing, and then another layer begins to grow. The one below hugged each other tightly, as if a pair of brothers who were inseparable from life to death hugged each other tightly. The two worked together to shoot the last bullet, then hugged each other and shouted: "Kill! Kill the devil!" They are all driven out of our homes!

Day 4: The roots of the garlic seedlings have grown very long. Of course, the ability of garlic seedlings to absorb water is also enhanced. Remember to water the garlic seedlings every day, otherwise they will die.

This is my garlic seedling. Children, what kind of plant do you grow? Come and share it with us!

Garlic seedling observation diary 12

I planted garlic today and used two methods.

I first cut a mineral water bottle in half, then filled the side without the cap with water, then unscrewed the cap from the other side, placed it upside down in the other half, and then put the prepared whole garlic in. That's it.

I also planted two cloves of garlic in the soil. I first loosened the soil with a shovel, then dug a small hole, and then put the garlic cloves in, but I wanted to leave the garlic outside so that it could grow and germinate smoothly. The garlic is now planted.

I wonder how many days it will take for garlic to sprout? I'm so looking forward to it!

Garlic grows a "knife"

The garlic has been planted for four days, but it has not sprouted yet. I am so anxious to wait!

I look at it many times every day and wonder: Is it the wrong way to plant it? Should I change the water? …

As soon as I woke up this morning, I couldn't wait to see my garlic. I was pleasantly surprised to find that several garlic cloves had sprouted. The green sprouts were one centimeter high, shaped like the tip of a knife, and felt as hard as the tip of a knife.

I looked carefully at the remaining two garlic cloves that had not yet sprouted. Although the buds had not grown out yet, I could already see a faint green color on the top of the garlic.

Garlic grows rapidly

Since the garlic germinated, the garlic seedlings have grown very fast, growing one centimeter every day, still light green, and still as hard.

When I woke up this morning, I saw another layer of green seedlings growing on the tender green buds, which were greener than the buds below. This time it grew very fast. I didn’t see it all night. It was five or six centimeters taller than yesterday. This made me jump in surprise. It turns out that you were so quiet a few days ago because you wanted to give me such a big surprise today! Look at the roots below. They have grown to six centimeters long. They are white and dense, just like the gray beard of an old man.

My garlic seedlings have finally grown taller, I'm looking forward to its changes tomorrow.

Wednesday, September 18 Sunny

After I got home from school, I said to my mother: Today’s homework is to write an observation diary. What to observe? There is nothing to write about. Autumn is here and the vegetables in the courtyard are no longer lush. This season is just right for planting garlic seedlings. Just do it, I took three heads of garlic from the kitchen, first pulled off the skin as thin as a cicada, and then placed them neatly head down in a small plastic bowl. Then pour water into the small bowl to cover two-thirds of the garlic seedlings, and finally place the small bowl on the balcony. Everything is ready, just waiting for the garlic sprouts to sprout. I am full of expectations, waiting for tomorrow's results.

Friday, September 20 Sunny

After only two days, my garlic sprouts sprouted. Regardless of whether the garlic cloves are large or small, small green sprouts sprout from the top of each head. The small garlic sprouts look like melon seeds. The garlic body has also become white and plump, which is really cute. Its snow-white roots are as beautiful as coral. I also measured the length of the largest garlic clove, its garlic sprouts and roots. The result was that the garlic sprouts were 1.2 cm and the garlic roots were 0.3 cm. This way I have more hope for my little garlic seedlings.

Light rain on Monday, September 23rd

Today, when I went to see the small garlic seedlings I planted, I found that the garlic seedlings were cracked in the middle. I was shocked. I thought the garlic seedlings I had worked so hard to grow were ruined. After checking the information, I found out that the garlic seedlings were about to mature. At this time, the garlic seedlings had grown to 6 cm. The stems of the seedlings grow evenly green at the top and white at the bottom, like graceful green fairies. The garlic roots are criss-crossed and grow densely in countless numbers. You can smell the strong smell of garlic from a long distance away.

This is the growth story of my little garlic seedlings.

**Sunny on Saturday, January 1st

I heard that garlic can also grow garlic sprouts! I was very curious, so I prepared to soak some garlic and observe how it grew garlic sprouts.

I found the garlic in our house, peeled it open, and put it in a bowl where we usually eat, so that they stood upright on the edge of the bowl to prevent them from falling over.

**Sunday, March 2nd, sunny

In the morning, I got up early and couldn't wait to come to my desk to observe the changes in garlic. I saw some short, white whiskers growing from the bottom of the garlic, but I didn't see any garlic seedlings. I felt so sorry because I didn't even see how those whiskers grew. Fortunately, the garlic hasn't sprouted yet. In this case, I still have a chance to see how the garlic sprouts grow. I'm really looking forward to it!

**Sunny on Monday, March 3rd

Today I found that some of the garlic I planted has become smaller and they are crowded together. Some garlics have small yellow-green heads protruding from the top, about seven millimeters, and the beards at the bottom of them have also become longer. Yes, the garlic finally sprouted.

**Sunny on Tuesday, April 4th

As soon as school was over, I ran home to look at my little garlic seedlings. The garlic seedlings had grown longer, turning from half yellow and half green to green. It looks like a little girl wearing green clothes, so cute, I really look forward to it growing up soon.

**Sunny Thursday, June 6th

Today, I found garlic sprouts growing on the garlic next to them. They were half yellow and half green, very cute, like a banana, and like a child with an open mouth. Some of the whiskers at the bottom have grown longer and turned yellow, and some have become rotten. They are no longer as white as before, and the skin of the garlic has become thicker and looks very strong. I'm really looking forward to them growing up quickly.

Day 1 (October 27)

Today I planted a pot of garlic seedlings. The reason why I grow garlic seedlings is that I think I can learn a lot about plants by growing them. First, peel some garlic, insert the root end into the soil, and only the pointed tip is exposed outside the soil, then pour a little water, and finally put it on the windowsill in a sunny place. I'm looking forward to it sprouting soon.

The third day (October 29)

In the morning, I looked at the garlic sprouts from the day before yesterday, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the garlic sprouts had sprouted tiny sprouts. But some of them only had a small hole, and a small bud was trying to sprout upward. Although the little bud is so weak, I touched it with my hands and it was very hard, even a little prickly, which shows that its vitality is very tenacious. But these guys were so naughty that they fought for land and ended up in a mess.

The fourth day (October 30)

This afternoon, I took a look at my garlic seedlings. Not only did they grow a little taller, but they also got along peacefully. Overnight, the flower pot became tidy. The garlic sprouts that had not sprouted appeared with a smile today and spit out small sprouts. I was very happy and immediately poured some water on them. The garlic sprouts drank the water in big gulps and drank it all in a while.

Day 8 (November 3)

After about a week, the garlic seedlings have been bathed in the sun and absorbed the nutrients in the fertile soil. With my careful care, the garlic seedlings are already half a foot tall. They have three or four tender green leaves, which are flat. of. If you smell it carefully, there is a faint fragrance. My mother said that garlic sprouts can be fried into delicious and nutritious meals, but I couldn't bear to part with them because this is my first potted plant and because I love them!
